Refund Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
A full refund within 14 days
If HivePaaS is not right for you, any payment for a license is refunded in full on request within 14 days of the payment. That holds for the first payment and for every renewal, monthly or yearly. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Paddle.com is our merchant of record: it sold you the license, and it handles refunds. Ask through Paddle, not by email to us:
- Go to paddle.net.
- Find your order with the email address you paid with.
- Ask for a refund of the payment.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider.
What happens after a refund
- The license is revoked. Once a payment for a period - the first one or a renewal - is refunded in full, the portal issues no more keys for the license: no renewals, plan changes or moves.
- The subscription is canceled. The portal cancels it at once, so nothing more is charged for it.
- The key you have runs out on its own. Keys are checked offline and cannot be recalled, so the key already installed keeps working until it runs out. The installation is then on Bee, the free plan.
- Nothing that runs is stopped. As at any expiry, apps, functions, users and nodes stay; only creating more beyond Bee's limits stops.
Partial refunds and credits
A partial refund, a credit, or a refund of a plan change's charge does not revoke the license or cancel the subscription.
